Key Steps for Developing Your Own Cell Phone Audio Tour

1. Download “Guide to Launching a Cell Phone Tour”
2. Contact Spatial Adventures to initiate 30-day free trial. We will provide you with a customer account to the web portal and arrange for a dedicated tour phone number.
3. If you already have audio content then upload audio files using customer account on web portal, otherwise compose audio script for each STOP or furnish Spatial Adventures with the relevant information pertaining to each STOP and outsource script writing to Spatial  Adventures.
4. Record audio scripts either locally at a studio or on a PC using audio recording software or record audio over the phone using our content entry system, or engage Spatial Adventures to provide professional voice, music, and recording services.  If audio is recorded locally then upload audio files using web portal
5. Post tour signs with tour phone number and exhibit/stop number, create brochures (e.g. pdf version for web site, physical version for handouts).
6. Advertise your cell phone tour on web site, at your venue, in media, to members
