Scott Hilton, Chief Executive Officer
Scott Hilton has over seventeen years of systems engineering and product management experience. He has a strong background in wireless, data networking and security systems and has founded or helped start three companies in these markets. Most recently, Scott was Vice President of product management for the multi-service switching division of Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for overall product strategy and marketing for Lucent's ATM, FR and IP switching product lines. He arrived at Lucent through the acquisition of Spring Tide Networks where Scott was director and an early member of the marketing and product management team. Other positions include senior engineering positions at Ernst & Young, SAIC and MITRE Corporation where Scott focused on wireless, satellite and network management system designs for government and large enterprise customers.

David Romola, President
David Romola has eighteen years experience in applying financial analysis to meet customer business needs.  Most recently, David serves as a Senior Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton where experiences included: New Business & Client Development, Executive Team Leadership, High Level Strategic Planning, Execution Strategy, IT Financial Planning Systems Financial Analysis & Financial Management Systems, and Risk Management. Throughout his career, Mr. Romola has focused on the high technology industries with a special emphasis on telecommunications financial management. Mr. Romola has a thorough understanding of program management, contract management and financial management. Prior to Booz Allen, David served as a Senior Manager at BearingPoint.

Mr. Romola received his Masters of Business Administration degree at Averett University and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic & State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Michael Giniger, Chief Technology Officer
Michael Giniger has a broad and extensive background in the fields of data communications, telecommunications, and network security. He has over sixteen years experience in systems engineering and product management.  Mr. Giniger was a principal author of the Multimedia Cable Network System (MCNS) data over cable 'full' security system specification and of the Defense Information System’s Agency’s Assured Services Session Initiation Protocol (AS SIP) specification, and the product manager for a Voice over Packet Gateway program that produced VoIP and VoATM Media Gateway products boasting the leading combination of reliability, density, features, and price in the industry.

Mr. Giniger has a BA in Political Science from Columbia University, a JD of Law from George Washington University, an MA in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from George Washington University, and a MSEE from Purdue University.
